Get a reference number and track status using the reference plus verification details. You will not be able to download the full case record unless you later create and verify an account.

Report anonymously
Do not share your identity. Anonymous reports help OFC identify potential market-conduct concerns. Not treated as a formal complaint unless OFC can act on the information provided.

- No full case communications unless you volunteer contact
- Not automatically treated as a formal complaint
